With a side business that anyone could build.

When people tell me they’d like to have extra income from a little side project they run... but they don’t have the time?

I tell them a story like Nathan’s.

These web properties attract organic traffic from search engines (that means no expensive paid advertising)

They can be set up for under $100 (no big startup costs, as long as you have at least 1 hour a day to work on them)

And when they’re generating income, they can be sold to website buyers for as high as 40 times their monthly profit. (that means a site earning $1,000 a month can be sold for a $40,000 pay day).



It’s an exciting business model that’s proving highly lucrative in the current web climate.
